HAIL Cabs is an all electric fleet management company based out of Hyderabad which ensures zero cancellation and zero emission. We are committed to build cities for people away from pollution and are looking forward to reducing 3 Billion metric tonnes of Carbon emissions every year.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Offer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings, while delivering a high level of customer service
- Ensure that all drivers understand the operating protocols of the company and work around it.
- Collaborate with human resources and marketing to add quality contracted drivers to the fleet
- Work closely with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance
- Collecting charging data, vehicle telematics, payments data and other important data on a daily basis.
- Analyse data and suggest processes to improve efficiency.

**Qualification & Skills:

- **
- Final year of B.Tech / B.Com
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Startup experience is plus
- Languages known : Hindi / English / Telugu ( Optional)

**Internship Duration**: 6 Months

**Stipend** : 15000

**Pre Placement offer**: 4 - 6 LPA

**Location**: Hyderabad
