**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Design Oversight**: Ensure that all architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models align with client requirements, project specifications, and design intent.
- **Technical Review**:Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- **Project Coordination**:Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Schedule & Progress Tracking**: Monitor project timelines, fabrication progress, and site installations; provide biweekly progress updates and highlight any potential delays or challenges.
- **Site Inspections**:Conduct monthly site visits to oversee critical project milestones, verify material quality, and ensure design compliance during fabrication and installation.
- **Issue Resolution**:Address and resolve design discrepancies, material inconsistencies, or construction challenges in coordination with the on-site team and fabricators.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs, site inspection reports, progress updates, and punch lists, ensuring clear communication with internal and external teams.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all construction, fabrication, and installation work adheres to local building codes, material standards, and project specifications.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, project stakeholders, and on-site team, ensuring smooth coordination and prompt decision-making.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
