**Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient-centered care based on the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, progress, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, treatments, and self-care measures.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient information in electronic medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
