**Overall Responsibility**:
The internal auditor will be required to conduct audits in line with the targeted accreditation standards and share feedback of non-conformance with the management team. He/she will be responsible to contribute to the success of making ACCUMED a Quality oriented organization and highly focused towards delivering Excellence in everything we do.

**Core Duties shall include but will not be limited to the following**:

- Conduct process audits across all internal departments to measure compliance against documented processes
- Coordinate internal audit processes and scheduling of internal audits with respective stakeholders and department heads
- Maintain and update the quality management system, including procedure enhancements, revision changes and overall process control
- Effectively report audit findings to management, including on-going corrective / preventive actions, and the effectiveness of those actions put into practice.
- Assists all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts and related paperwork
- Liaise with senior management to carry out self-assessment reviews within their respective business verticals.
- Define and adopt tools to continuously enhance audit methods and how findings can be effectively communicated and tracked
- Assess and ensure organizations readiness to new certification standards/programs and prepare for time timely renewal of existing accreditations
- Conduct internal trainings on industry standards and how they should be adhered in order to conform with all organizational requirements
- Assist in designing risk management frameworks and periodically assess risks across all key business functions (required as per accreditation standards)
- Identify and deploy market best practices using various Quality tools to increase efficiencies across all departments
- Assist Business Excellence Manager on special projects / assignments
- Ability to travel frequently across Middle East locations to carry our internal audits (30-40% of time)

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Graduate from any discipline
- Should have undergone the training of internal **auditor (certified Internal Auditor will be given higher preference)**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as internal auditor with corporates or service-oriented organizations. BPO/KPO/Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System implementation and accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Manage conflicts and difficult conversations
- Ability to complete assignments with mínimal supervision
- Possess strong inspection and auditing skills
- Ability to tactfully and effectively attain adherence to quality control standards and practices
