**Work Location: Kharadi, Pune**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of protein supplement products.
- Manage a team of warehouse workers, providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, transportation, and sales, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or equivalent role in the protein supplement industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
