Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Filing and Document Management**:
- Organize, label, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure proper categorization of documents for easy retrieval.
- Archive outdated files and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
- Scan, photocopy, and convert physical documents to digital format.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and clerical tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update internal databases (e.g., contact lists, employee records).
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Manage office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- **Support to Staff and Visitors**:
- Greet and assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Provide support to various departments by scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist with organizing events, travel arrangements, or catering as needed.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Graduate, High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
