**Logistics Executive**

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

**Location**: Panipat, Haryana

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Transportation Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Select and negotiate with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delivery issues.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics.
- Provide regular updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.

**Cost Control**:

- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in logistics operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address logístical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum [Number] years of proven experience in a logistics role.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local transportation networks and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
