Notice period: Immediate joinee or 15 days.

Shift: 08am to 4:30pm and 11:30am to 08:00pm (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
- Maintain all operations within NABH Standards
- Perform sterile compounding of anti-cancer drugs
- Provide clinical medication education particularly for nurses in Daycare
- Prepare Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee meeting agenda, information and circulate minutes
- Prepare antibiotic utilization data and present in Hospital Infection Control meeting
- Perform regular crash cart audit, Medication Cart audit and Narcotic Audits
- Review Patient records and enter and drug orders using eMAR
- Perform drug utilization review of all medication charts and note any discrepancies
- Compile detailed report of medication errors and ADRs noticed and present the same in pharmacy therapeutic committee meeting and prepare strategy for preventive actions.
- Present detailed monthly report of NABH - quality indicators
- Perform drug utilization review, antibiotic stewardship, pharmacokinetic monitoring
- To give regular rounds to all patients, who are getting chemotherapy in Daycare and Inpatients
- To oversee chemotherapy protocols are properly followed on each case basis and to do necessary if deviations are there.
- Proper monitoring of patients getting chemotherapy,
- Adverse Drug Reaction detection, reporting, monitoring, documentation and assessing suspected ADRs by using different casualty assessment scales
- Provision of drug information

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
