Health and Safety:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment, and minimizing workplace hazards.

Communication:
Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including staff, management, and clients, regarding production updates, issues, and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and quality control procedures.

Leadership and Management:
Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve production issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement solutions.
