Product Designer/cutwork Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound **street light poles and urban furniture**.
- Create detailed **2D cutwork and 3D CAD models** using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and civil/urban planning teams to incorporate design intent and customization.
- Work closely with fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical for manufacturing, including laser cutting and bending processes.
- Generate BOMs, technical drawings, and DXF files for production.
- Modify and optimize designs based on feedback and fabrication constraints.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Stay updated with trends in decorative lighting poles, materials, and urban infrastructure design.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering** or related field.
- **2+ years of experience** in a similar role, preferably in street lighting, metal fabrication, or urban infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SolidWorks**, and knowledge of **laser cutwork patterns and metal forming**.
- Strong understanding of **manufacturing processes**, materials (especially mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum), and surface treatments.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
