Job description:
**Job Title: Graphic Designer**
**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**Department**: Marketing / Creative / Design

Location -On site Ghaziabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Work with printers, vendors, or developers to ensure the final output matches the original design vision.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
- Revise and update existing creative materials based on feedback.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Required Own Laptop.**:

- **Immediate Joiner will be preferred.**:

- Must Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional design environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Prior experience in working with marketing teams or in an agency setting.
