We are seeking a **Graphic and Video Content Designer** passionate about creating visually compelling content that aligns with trends and enhances our mission. This role focuses on designing diverse creative assets while boosting our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts tailored to client brands, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- Design a range of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and digital/web assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure cohesive branding strategies for clients across various platforms.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all client touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating innovative practices into client design strategies.
- Present creative concepts and prototypes to both internal teams and clients, refining designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior designers, fostering professional growth and creative development.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials when required.
- Create and edit video content: reels, promotional videos, and multimedia materials for various platforms.
- Skills in video enhancement, including color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- Experience in audio editing, synchronization of tracks, and creating immersive soundscapes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve visual and narrative elements.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Adobe suites like After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw is required.
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- A clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
- Comfortable with social media and collaboration/project management tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing his/her design and motion graphics skills.
- Ability to adapt and create content that aligns with the latest trends in social media and advertising.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
