The Business Finance Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, reporting, and ensuring compliance within the organization. This role includes maintaining precise financial records, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to promote fiscal discipline. The Business Finance Executive plays a key role in the smooth functioning of the finance department and contributes significantly to the organization’s overall financial stability and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Prepare and analyze financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against key metrics and provide actionable insights. Assist in developing long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Cost Management**: Analyze operational costs and recommend optimization strategies. Identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
- **Revenue Management**: Track and analyze revenue streams to ensure accuracy and growth. Provide recommendations to enhance profitability and manage revenue risks.
- **Reporting and Compliance**: Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- **Collaboration with Departments**: Work closely with sales, operations, and technology teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Provide financial inputs for pricing strategies, project evaluations, and new product launches.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation plans. Ensure robust financial controls are in place to protect company assets.
- **Investment and Funding**: Support the evaluation of funding options, investment opportunities, and mergers or acquisitions. Assist in managing relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business finance, preferably in fintech or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
