**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
- Communicate with store management and staff to ensure proper implementation of planograms and schematics.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing displays that attract customers.
- Conduct inventory control to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Analyze retail math data to assess product performance and make informed recommendations.
- Sell promotional items and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandise placement and inventory levels using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and store personnel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is preferred.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and retail math concepts.
- Experience in administrative tasks related to inventory management is a plus.
- Knowledge of schematics and planograms for effective product placement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for retail merchandising.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
