This is a full-time on-site role for a **Business Development Specialist.** The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing potential opportunities. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies. **Should have good experience of online bidding portals such as Upwork, freelancer, Guru etc.** Having the ability to generate leads and convert those leads.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for online **bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH etc portals**.
- Must be good in proposal writing.
- Understanding and obtaining the need of clients.
- Fluent English communication (Written/verbal)
- Ability to achieve targets
**Experience**:

- Bidding: 1 year (required)
