Sitting on the Strategy & Brand Voice team, the Lead Copywriter will write copy that engages, informs and delights our customers and community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Distill our brand mission, product, and purchasing process into accessible, inviting language for customers
- Take an active role in product positioning - information gathering and synthesis are core to the role - your detective skills will be put to good use
- Integrate deeply into our communications channels, collaborating with agencies, product managers, designers, etc. to create consistent, compelling messaging for customers
- Organize and track feedback across multiple writing assignments, rapidly integrating feedback to keep content velocity high
- Champion clarity and maintain our brand voice and customer experience
- Ability to line edit and proofread all assets being sent to market

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably for a fashion/retail brand
- Bachelor’s degree; English, Journalism, or Creative Writing degree, preferred
- Strong and diverse vocabulary
- Outstanding grammar, punctuation, and copy-editing skills
- Keen understanding of the English language and history of fashion
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Ability to think creatively, sometimes on the fly
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a high-stress environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- MAC Skills, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint and Workfront preferred
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to see the big picture in timeline and resource planning. Be adept at collaboratively working with varied personalities and cross-functional departments
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects within adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
