As a Multi-Brand Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various makes and models of cars from different brands. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of the vehicles. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diverse car systems and components.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Vehicle Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Perform thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues in multi-brand cars. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems and determine necessary repairs.

**Repair and Maintenance**:
Conduct repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, suspension components, and other mechanical parts. Repair or replace electrical systems, including wiring, starters, alternators, and batteries. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks. Conduct wheel alignments, tire rotations, and balancing for optimal vehicle handling.

**Parts and Inventory Management**:
Identify required parts, tools, and equipment for repairs or maintenance tasks

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Document all repairs, services, and parts used accurately and in compliance with established procedures. Prepare detailed reports on diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs. Provide clear and concise explanations of repairs to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.

**Customer Service**:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Listen attentively to customer concerns, accurately assess vehicle issues, and provide appropriate solutions. Communicate repair timelines, cost estimates, and any additional repairs or maintenance required.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Follow industry standards and regulations while performing repairs and maintenance tasks. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in automotive repair.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent one.
- Proven experience as a car mechanic, preferably with multi-brand expertise.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy parts and working in tight spaces.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
