**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding project requirements and ideas.
- Producing logos, banners, and interfaces.
- Pitching creative concepts.
- Collaborating with the team to launch projects.
- Using feedback from other designers to improve.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
- Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Indesign.
- Knowledge of design techniques & printing technology.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Time management skills.
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
- Graduate with a Diploma in Graphic Designing.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
