We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven On-Field Marketing Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with college administrators and placement cells
- Arrange meetings with colleges, universities, and educational institutes
- Generate new meeting/leads through calls and offline visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research
- Hands-on experience in all sales process elements from approaching leads, frequent follow ups, closing the lead.
- Assist the team in monthly target conversion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility among the target audience
- Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on activities and progress towards targets.
- Regular visits to colleges, institutes, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Offline-Marketing, Field Sales, Door 2 Door Marketing.
- Experience in Education sector sales would be an advantage.
- Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
- Microsoft excel knowledge

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
