Retail Sales Associate

FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Sales Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling a company's products to retailers within a designated territory. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for designated products within the territory.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (retailers, wholesalers).
- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build rapport and promote new products.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and competitor analysis reports.
- Identify and communicate market trends and opportunities to management.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to retailers and consumers

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred, but not always required.
- 12th Pass, Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
