**Position Overview**:
An Architect is responsible for leading the design and development of construction projects from conceptualization through execution. This role demands a balance between creative vision and technical precision to ensure that building designs are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. The Architect collaborates with clients, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to develop plans that are functional, sustainable, and compliant with all regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning**:

- Conceptualize and create architectural designs based on client needs, site conditions, and environmental factors.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
- Incorporate innovative design elements that promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

**Project Development**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, civil engineers, and interior designers to align design concepts and technical specifications.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients and technical teams.

**Client Coordination**:

- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client requirements, site potential, and constraints.
- Present ideas and updates through regular meetings and visual materials.
- Advise clients on feasibility, functionality, legal implications, and cost of proposed designs.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Prepare necessary documents for government approvals, tenders, and construction permits.
- Manage technical documentation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and reports.

**Construction Oversight**:

- Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent, material standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and on-site teams for timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues on-site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
