**We are looking for Trainer in BPO/KPO**

Experience - 1 to 2 years must be in BPO

Working days - 6 days in week (Monday to Saturday)

**Functional skills**:Coaching, Group Training, Domain Knowledge of Banking/Mortgage, Analytical thinking**, **Decision making, Eye for Detail, Agility, Business Outlook

**Job Description -**
- Conduct New Hire Training batches.
- Take overall responsibility for conducting all activities prior to the Training Program.
- Ensure effective and efficient conduct of the Training Program.
- Conduct training for products that have high TnM & complex processing.
