We’re looking for a Behavioural Science Intern who’s curious about what truly drives user actions. Key Responsibilities: - Study user behavior across the app to identify friction, motivation, and decision patterns. - Analyze interaction data, feedback, and journey drop-offs to generate actionable insights. - Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to test hypotheses. - Contribute to product roadmap discussions with a behavior-first lens. - Support development of in-app nudges, habit loops, and behaviorally informed features. - Collaborate on feedback models to measure real user sentiment and intent. - Background or interest in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, etc. - Analytical and curious — you ask 'why' more than 'what'. - Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data. - Interested in how design, product, and language shape behavior. - Must work full-time from our Hyderabad office. - Bonus: Figma, Mixpanel, Notion, Excel, or user research tools experience.
