Printing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily printing tasks and ensure timely job execution.
- Monitor print quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for job workflow.
- Allocate tasks to machine operators and helpers efficiently.
- Maintain proper data and records of daily output, material usage, and job sheets.
- Report machine or technical issues to the In-charge promptly.
- Monitor inventory of printing materials and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist in training junior staff on process flow and job handling.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 years of experience** in printing operations or related supervisory roles.
- **Basic computer knowledge** is a must - MS Excel, job tracking, and data entry.
- Experience in maintaining **daily reports and job logs**.
- Understanding of printing processes, materials (vinyl, flex, etc.), and basic machine handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
