3D Interior Designer

H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using special rendering software.
- You will work with designers to understand the design intent to create 3D visuals for a range of interior projects.
- You will work on production of quality imagery including post-production work.
- You will ensure the provision of the highest possible quality information, within the pre-determined time frame for each assignment.
- You will perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time.
- You are an 3D visualizer with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience of interior projects.
- You have advanced knowledge of 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.
- You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting, texturing and post-production work
- You should have good understanding of technical drawings for Interior Design.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile

3Ds Max/ 3D Modeling/ 2D Modeling/ Drawings/ Structural Drawings/

Developing detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections.

Interior - in variety of Residential, commercial & corporate / QS both Operational

As well as for Renovation of Interior works.

4) Proactive, self-starter & Strong Leader.

5) Highly professional and enthusiastic with the clients and have a strong work ethic.

6) Should be formally qualified in Interior Designing & should be well versed with Co
- Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review, timely

Follow-ups on Projects deliverable, consultant coordination, and Vendor

Management.

7) Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors Design

And architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a quality

Execution of Interiors Projects.

8) Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like 3Ds Max, AutoCAD

Photoshop, and MS Projects etc.

12) Making Annexure and BOQ, understand the technical points how to deal with.

14) Require Coordinate and consultant who has handle all Interior &
Exterior design projects, internal procurement team, site execution.

15) Create high resolution 3D views/renders for interiors as well as elevations as per briefs

18) Minimum experience of 10 years in architectural 3D, with a portfolio to prove it.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
