**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the timely restocking of products.
- Implement and oversee proper storage and handling of stock.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage store employees, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.
- Schedule work shifts and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations, including opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- **Sales and Cash Management**:

- Monitor and meet sales targets, reporting performance to the Store Manager.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and safe cash management.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure staff are trained in emergency procedures.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Generate reports for management regarding stock levels, sales, and other performance indicators.
- **Vendor Liaison**:

- Coordinate with suppliers for stock orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Address supply chain issues and work towards resolving delays or stock shortages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
