**Job Title**: Back-end Office

**Reporting To: Founder**

**Reporting Under: None**

**Location**: Parvat Patiya

**Working Hours**: 6 Days Working 9:30 - 6

**Industry**: Manufacturer

We are seeking a Back office Executive to play a crucial role in supporting the front office and ensuring smooth business operations. The position focuses on administrative tasks, data management and process support while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management**:

- Collect, process and maintain accurate records of all business data.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Manage documentation, filing system and correspondence.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentation and financial statements.

**3. Operational Support**:

- Monitor and process invoices, receipts and inventory records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.

**4. Customer Support(non-client facing)**:

- Handle client or internal queries routed through the front office.
- Provide backend support to ensure timely resolution.

**5. compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all processes align with company policies and industry regulations.
- Generate and submit regular progress and performance reports.

**6. Coordination**:

- Lease with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders for routine operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

**Qualification**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration
- Experience: Minimum of 1 or more years’ experience.
- Proficiency in MSoffice specially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyse financial documents with ease.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with franchise regulations and industry best practices.
