**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Modeling and Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transactions and valuation analyses.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- **Research and Due Diligence**:

- Perform industry and company research to support transaction proposals and pitchbooks.
- Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial and operational information.
- **Transaction Execution**:

- Prepare and review transaction documents, including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and other advisors to facilitate transaction execution.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing analytical support and contributing to discussions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support as needed.
- **Market and Industry Analysis**:

- Monitor financial markets and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular market updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience in investment banking.**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
