We are Looking for Receptionist

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1-2 Yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting and Assisting Visitors**: Welcoming guests, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Managing Phone Calls**: Answering and routing calls professionally, taking messages, and providing customer service.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintaining office supplies, filing documents, and handling basic data entry.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and updating calendars.
- **Mail and Courier Handling**: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
- **Maintaining a Professional Reception Area**: Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized reception space.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Both verbal and written.
- **Customer service skills**: Providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- **Organizational skills**: Managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- **Strong phone etiquette and call handling skills**.
