**Exp**:minimum 10 to 15 years of experience required

**Key Responsibility**:

- Enforce order compliance in the PPC department.**
**- Prepare the casting plan on a monthly and quarterly basis.**
**- Enforce optimum loading of Production Lines.**
**- Monitor inventory control.**
**- Coordinate with the logistics and marketing team.**
**- Act as an interface between marketing department and the plant and conduct feasibility analysis of various products.**
**- Implement IMS within the department.**
**- Management of human resources of the department.**
**- Controlling & monitoring of Inventory.**
**- To ensure issuance of casting plan, Rolling plan to the shop floor on regular basis so that the production doesn't get affected and also taking account of customer requirements and their delivery schedules.**
**- To follow the FIFO system and take care of ageing of slabs, coils etc at various levels.**
**- A dynamic professional with 10- 15 years of experience in large setup.**
**- Should have Functional knowledge, Technical Skills, Communication Skills, Strong planning skills, Strong negotiation and coordination skills and Leadership skills.**

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haldia, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
