**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase. Your role will involve building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and effective communication.
- Customise sales pitches based on customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and address any concerns or objections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
