Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as technical expert on R& S, datacenter networking and Wireless technologies.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems
- Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions
- Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
- Prepare/update HLD & LLD, process and technical documentation
- Support on Sev 1 incidents to resolve within SLA
- Perform RCA based on OEM inputs
- Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security
- Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
- Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)
- 8-9 years of related experience in routing & switching, datacenter networking.
- Experience on Aruba switches, Routers & wireless series.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies
- Experience in Aruba Clearpass and Aruba Central.
- Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on Cisco Datacenter products including Nexus Switches 3K/5K/7K/9K.
- Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on routing Protocol including OSPF/BGP/EIGRP
- Good Understanding of Network monitoring tools like Solar winds
