**Job Summary**:
A Junior Architect assists in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. They support senior architects and project teams by preparing drawings, creating 3D models, researching materials, and coordinating with consultants and site teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with **1-6 years** of experience in the field.

**Location: Chennai ( Valasaravakkam )**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing architectural designs, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Contribute to 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation work for clients and internal reviews.
- Research materials, design trends, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Participate in site visits to support project execution and ensure design accuracy.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, Structural, Interiors) and vendors for inputs and updates.
- Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals and permits.
- Support the design team in client presentations and project documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
