**Electronics Engineering Intern**

We specialise in designing and manufacturing high-performance drones for various industries, including aerial photography, surveillance, logistics, and agriculture As an Electronics & Sensors Engineering Intern, you''ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge drone technology, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of high-performance drones for various industries.

**Responsibilities**:
**Electronics Integration**:

- Collaborate with our hardware engineering team to assist in integrating electronic components, such as flight controllers, power systems, motors, and communication modules, into drone platforms.
- Ensure proper electrical connections, circuit designs, and compatibility between components to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to electronics integration, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and component specifications.

**Sensor Integration**:

- Participate in the integration of various sensors into drone systems, including GPS, IMU, altimeters, cameras, LiDAR, and thermal imaging devices.
- Assist in developing solutions for sensor mounting and optimizing their placement to ensure accurate data acquisition and reliable performance.
- Learn how to interface sensors with flight controllers, ensuring proper calibration and synchronization for precise measurements and control.

**Testing and Validation**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of test plans, protocols, and procedures aimed at verifying the performance, functionality, and safety of integrated electronic systems and sensors.
- Gain hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive testing, which includes functional testing, environmental testing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, and system-level integration testing.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to analyze and interpret test results, identify potential issues or anomalies, and work on resolutions.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to understand and contribute to the establishment of quality standards, specifications, and inspection criteria for electronic and sensor integration.
- Participate in design reviews, providing valuable technical input to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Be part of monitoring and evaluating product performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle, offering suggestions for improvements, and contributing to continuous enhancement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor''s or Master''s program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Pursuing a master''s degree is a plus.
- Strong interest in electronics and sensor integration, with a preference for those with an interest in the drone or aerospace industry.
- Basic proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, power distribution systems, and electrical system integration.
- Eagerness to learn and develop an understanding of sensor technologies, such as GNSS, GPS, IMU, LiDAR, cameras, and thermal imaging.
- Willingness to become familiar with test equipment, tools, and methodologies used in electronics and sensor testing.
- Awareness of industry standards and regulations related to drones and electronics (e.g., FAA regulations, ISO standards) is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, including the use of tools like MATLAB, Python, or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex electrical and sensor integration issues.
