**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and file income tax returns for the company in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Handle GST-related tasks, including tax calculations, filing returns, and maintaining records of GST transactions.
- Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis and forecasting.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all financial activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in other accounting-related tasks and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of income tax filing procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other taxation laws and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
