**Reports To: Head of Department / Principal**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare students for board examinations focusing on conceptual clarity, regular assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Design lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation tools aligned with CBSE learning outcomes.
- Track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Use modern teaching methodologies and ICT tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Organize academic and co-curricular activities related to commerce, including quizzes, seminars, and project work.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Stay updated with CBSE circulars, syllabus changes, and examination patterns.
- Participate actively in departmental planning, school events, and faculty development programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Com or equivalent) in Commerce or related field.
- B.Ed. degree (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
- Fluency in English

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
