**Job Title**: Store Executive
**Job Location**: Surat Sachin
**Salary**: 20k to 30k per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products in the cold storage facility
Ensure that all products are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks
Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure timely delivery to customers
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain cleanliness and order in the cold storage facility
Monitor temperature and humidity levels in the facility to ensure optimal storage conditions
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of cold storage management and best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cold storage management is a plus
