**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Purchasing**:

- Source and procure fresh produce, meats, spices, packaging, and other essentials as per the kitchen's daily requirements.
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and negotiate pricing to ensure best value and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of all materials without compromising quality.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with records.
- Update inventory management systems accurately and consistently.
- **Vendor Coordination & Documentation**:

- Track purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for all purchases.
- Ensure all purchases are well-documented and aligned with budget guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies in supply or inventory to the management team promptly.
- **Cost Control & Quality Assurance**:

- Work with kitchen and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in implementing cost-saving measures and minimizing wastage.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in procurement or inventory management, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory software and Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,508.21 per month
