**Job Summary**

Telecaller Required

Brilliant opportunity to work with a Financial Inclusion Company. A Unique type of call center. No Selling. Lucrative Incentive.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Working hours **10:00 AM - 6:30 PM **Monday to Saturday.
- Taking follow up with Internal team as and when required, Resolving issues related to the services.
- Should be responsible for Quality calling and able to troubleshoot the issues of Internal team and provide resolution.
- Responsible for 80+ calls and 5-6 hours talk time in a day.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Should be responsible to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to complete assigned work on given timeline.
- Having good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible to complete the task which ever assigned by the reporting manager.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Minimum Graduates.Freshers can also apply. Fluent English and Hindi language. Basic Computer Skills.
