**Job Title**: Junior Physiotherapist

**Location**: Mahalaxmi Office, Truepal

**Employment Type**: Full-time (5 days a week)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care and Therapy Sessions**:

- Conduct physiotherapy sessions with patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore physical function.
- Evaluate patients and create personalised treatment plans, focusing on muscular, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
- Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- **Patient Management and Coordination**:

- Assist the internal support team with patient inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with various internal teams at Truepal to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- **Business Development and Customer Engagement**:

- Support initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, particularly for Truepal’s at-home physiotherapy services.
- Provide valuable insights into patient needs and feedback to improve service offerings.
- **Training and Audits**:

- Conduct training sessions to instruct on best practices and modalities as and when required.
- Conduct audits for sessions scheduled to ensure service quality and enhance patient experience

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s (preferred) in Physiotherapy.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in physiotherapy, preferably with experience in muscular, neuro, and post-operative cases.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, empathetic patient care, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Additional Requirements**: Ability to manage patient interactions professionally and work collaboratively to support Truepal’s business initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
