**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Management**: Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- **Report Generation**: Create and generate periodic reports related to business performance, sales, operations, and other key metrics. Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data analysis.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Dashboard Development**:Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, orother data visualization software. Customize dashboards to meet the specific reporting needs of different departments.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality checks on data to identify and rectify errors. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance existing data management and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to team members on data entry protocols and reporting tools. Act as a point of contact for queries related to data management and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably 0-2 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, including knowledge of functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Saket, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
