**Educational Qualifications: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)**
**Description**
- **Perform** routine laboratory tests and procedures, including specimen collection, sample processing, and analysis of blood, urine, body fluids, and other biological samples, following established protocols and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, including centrifuges, microscopes, analysers, and other specialized equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and media required for laboratory testing, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Perform quality control checks and participate in proficiency testing programs to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reliability of laboratory test results, documenting any deviations or discrepancies and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Record and maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory test results, including patient information, test methods, and quality control data, in electronic medical records (EMR) systems or laboratory information systems (LIS).
**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
