**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans based on the CBSE curriculum and syllabus for English language and literature.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, multimedia, role plays, and assignments to ensure comprehensive learning.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
- Encourage students' active participation and collaboration in discussions and activities.
- Address any behavioral issues promptly and professionally.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design, administer, and grade assessments such as quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams based on CBSE guidelines.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Maintain records of student progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Ensure regular evaluation of students' understanding and learning outcomes.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, providing additional help as needed.
- Organize extra-curricular activities (debates, creative writing competitions, etc.) to promote interest in English.
- Act as a mentor for students, offering advice on academic and personal development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to review and update the curriculum and teaching methods as per CBSE guidelines.
- Recommend resources (books, teaching aids, etc.) to improve the quality of learning.
- **Parent and Guardian Interaction**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any areas requiring attention.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' academic and behavioral development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and conferences to stay updated with new teaching methodologies and the latest changes in the CBSE curriculum.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to maintain a high standard of teaching.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of lesson plans, student assessments, and other required documentation.
- Assist in organizing school events, workshops, and academic activities related to English.
- Contribute to the overall development of the school by participating in school committees and events.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
