Role: Supervisor/Plant in-charge

Qualification : BSc Chemistry

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Area of work : Electroplating Division

Pay Package : 25K-30K per month

Other skills : Chemical lab experience

Responsible for below duties:
Ø To meet the daily schedule of organization requirement on zinc acid plating (barrel auto line) & alkaline electroplating VAT auto line.

Ø Handle manpower and managing electroplating plant activities.

Ø To maintain Housekeeping in area.

Ø To maintain safe working environment.

Ø To do analysis & maintain all bath parameters in order to supply best quality electroplating.

Ø To assist and carry preventive maintenance of electroplating bath as per control plan. Carry out titration in the lab for best quality results and to maintain all records as per IATF.

Ø Carry root cause analysis with Quality to reduce respective problems in Electroplating.

Ø Maintain all record to as per IATF

Ø Daily Rejection monitoring and analysis for rejection reduction
