**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Housekeeping Assistants. Assign daily cleaning tasks and schedules.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of production lines, machinery, floors, walls, ceilings, drains, common areas, and specialized equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
- **Hygiene & Safety Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (e.g., proper chemical dilution, correct cleaning methods, Allergen Control, Pest Control liaison). Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols related to cleaning operations (e.g., use of PPE, wet floor signs).
- **Inventory & Equipment Management**: Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment. Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and calibration of cleaning tools.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate cleaning logs, inspection records, and chemical usage reports. Report any maintenance issues, pest activity, or hygiene deviations to management.
- **SOP Implementation**: Develop, review, and update cleaning SOPs in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Production teams.
- **Audits & Inspections**: Participate in internal and external hygiene audits and inspections, addressing non-conformances promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in housekeeping or sanitation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
