We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **CAD Detailer specializing in Plumbing and Fire Protection systems** with **2 to 4 years of experience**. In this role, you will produce accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings for construction and coordination purposes, collaborating with MEP engineers, architects, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **plumbing and fire protection drawings** using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
- Interpret MEP design drawings and specifications to create **fabrication-ready shop drawings**.
- Coordinate closely with other trades (HVAC, electrical, civil, and architectural) to avoid clashes and optimize layout.
- Assist in **clash detection** and resolution using BIM tools such as **Navisworks** and **Revit** (if required).
- Adhere to project standards, local building codes, and fire safety regulations.
- Update and revise drawings based on design changes or markups.
- Create and maintain proper drawing documentation and logs.
- Support site and fabrication teams by providing clear and accurate installation drawings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline.
- **2 to 4 years of proven experience** in plumbing and fire protection CAD detailing.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is a must; working knowledge of **Revit** or **BIM tools** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **MEP coordination**, particularly with plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with **NFPA codes** and relevant plumbing/fire standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with BIM coordination or model-based detailing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Revit MEP or Navisworks.
- Understanding of 3D coordination and constructability requirements.

Pay: ₹14,310.49 - ₹37,124.72 per month
