Installing, maintaining, and repairing CAT5/CAT6 cable infrastructure.
- Maintaining and supervising the IT hub rooms and data center infrastructure.
- Experience in installing the networking passive components.
- Termination of RJ45 and RJ11 connectors.
- Experience in maintaining the fiber optics cable infrastructure.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting issues with network communication.
- Responding the user s field level support requests.
- Installation, Maintenance and Commissioning of CCTV, Public Address, Data Network Systems.

Provide site reports, commissioning reports etc to designated personnel and project managers.
- Connect wires and cables in the rack and through conduits including cable pulling.
- Termination of cables on connectors through soldering, crimping, etc.
- Equipment installation in rack as per standard guidelines including rack dressing and proper labelling.
- Read and understand technical drawings, design documents and user-manuals.
- Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
- Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
- Prioritise and complete work orders accurately and timely.
- Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
- Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout.
- Promote a positive and effective interaction with internal and external customers.
- Be willing to work both in house and in the field when required.
- Competent with windows based software such as MS Office.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organised.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse group.
