**Description**:
**Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days**
- Direct a comprehensive Cockpit Domain Controller 2-wheeler product strategy, product features and services from product conception and definition through end of life
- Perform insightful trend, market, customer and competitive analysis, combined with technology innovation, as a core driver for Visteon’s CDC 2-wheeler product portfolio
- Create & maintain market-driven 2-wheeler CDC product technology roadmaps and work closely with engineering teams for implementation of the roadmap while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Lead the definition and execution of proof-of-concept projects as required to develop innovative technical solutions for the product
- Communicate CDC 2-wheeler product strategy with clarity and purpose to all internal and external stakeholders while identifying and resolving sequencing and prioritization conflicts
- Drive innovation in both engineering and marketing
- Work closely with customer business groups to provide detailed CDC 2-wheeler product & technology knowledge, competitive insight, and pricing assistance necessary to win business at key accounts and grow share
- Proactively meet with automotive OEMs - existing customers and others - to understand their software defined vehicle strategy, challenges, requirements and explain Visteon’s product value proposition
- Support creative marketing of the product to help improve Visteon’s brand recognition
- Master the value-chain, identify and develop relationship with key ecosystem partners that are critical to success
- Ensure Partner System Features, Functions and User Experience are consistent/ideal for Visteon customers
- Manage discipline around measurement and reporting of success, including Key Performance Indicators
- Provide dynamic and inspirational leadership as thought leaders on technologies that are key for success
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a high performing, diverse and inclusive team of CDC 2-wheeler product managers and CDC 2-wheeler product leaders
- Develop business plans and new business models
- Work with the Legal, Engineering and business support teams to ensure that the necessary in-sourcing and out-bound licensing and SOW agreements and processes are in place to efficiently work with partners, customers and suppliers
- Drive revenue and profit through Partnerships and Customer Agreements, in close collaboration with the Sales Team
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Market share growth for CDC 2-wheeler - Generate RFI with sales, work on RFQs, and ultimately win business
- Maintain technology & feature competitiveness of CDC 2-wheeler - Technology roadmap of the product with good depth of competitive analysis, market trends, customer insights, etc.
- Develop ecosystem - Collaborate with main partners for each CDC 2-wheeler product line, develop joint "go to market" strategy
- Build talent house - Mentor and Coach the team to drive the initiatives to achieve the desired results
**Key Year One Deliverables**:
- Successful release of the CDC 2-Wheeler product strategy and technology roadmap
- Derive the unique value proposition and gain the market share by 10% or acquire new customers
- Develop the team by mentoring and ensure the capability of the team is improved through trainings
**Technical Knowledge and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer or software engineering
- Master degree in a technical field and/or MBA is desired
- 10+ years of successful experience in related engineering/CDC product development for 2 Wheelers
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling 2-wheel
