Telesales Executive

**Position**: Tele-Calling Staff
**Location**: Raj Kishore Gold Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Buxar
**Working Hours**: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No lunch break)
**Salary**: ₹4,000 per month

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and leads to share details about our special offers, promotions, and new collections.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and engaging communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries about offers and guide them on visiting the store for further assistance.
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the database.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Assist in gathering feedback from customers to improve future campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and polite speaking ability in Hindi (knowledge of English is a plus).
- **Customer Focus**: Friendly and empathetic with excellent listening skills.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with phone systems and data entry.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage call records and follow-up schedules.
- **Education**: Minimum 10th pass.
