**Roles & Responsibilty**
- Overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance system.
- Implement, control and monitor the quality system, issue of quality manual and its amendment. Organize internal audit and review of quality system as assistant.
- Handle customer complaint.
- Investigate and set standards for quality, health and safety.
- Monitor performance, supervise CSE staff.
- Proper coordination and communication effectively with subordinates, environment and service staff and consultants.
- Review and enlist vendors.
- Maintain records of suppliers and vendors
- Vendor evaluation as per plan
- Identification of the training needs of the departmental people.
- Responsible for all works in designing absence of the Quality Manager.
- Analyze the customer needs
- Ensure customer information through coordinating with the field force
- Maintain a strong one to one relationship with customers
- Take action plan for acquiring, maintaining and upgrading customer
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
